Alexander is a Baltimore native who began his Residential Real Estate career in 2011 after graduating from West Virginia University. ‘Xander’, as he is known, quickly realized a passion for the Residential Investment side of the business. He worked from the start with Craig Reich in developing CR of Maryland into one of the premier Residential Real Estate Companies in Baltimore. CR now owns and manages over 380 single family rental properties, and will renovate over 200 properties in 2022. Over the years, Xander has worn numerous hats and helped oversee each facet of the company through various stages of growth. Today, he is part owner and also the Director of Sales, overseeing all acquisitions and sales for the company. Xander is a Marylandlicensed real estate agent the listing agent on all CR homes. This also allows Alexander to build valuable relationships with other local Realtors in addition to our clients. Outside of the office, he resides in Baltimore with his wife and two dogs and is an avid Baltimore sports fan.
