Vinney is an active investor who started investing into real estate over 40 years ago. He started in single family homes, but learned 15 years back that multifamily / apartments investing made more sense due to economies of scale, tax advantages, and giving monthly positive cashflow with strong equity gain in 3-7 years. Over the past 15 years Vinney have done 34 syndications as principal and general partner, over 4500 doors, $450,000,000 AUM. Living in the San Francisco Bay Area and have been married for over 41 years. He dedicate my time to education others who want to create passive income and a lifestyle they can enjoy.
