"Mudit Patel was born in Chicago but raised in North Carolina. He is currently studying at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and he is an active member of the school's Real Estate Club. His love for real estate began in high school when he moved to Cary in 10th grade. He saw and his parents grow their business over the past 15 years and are also helping them expand their portfolio into residential properties. From seeing his parents working minimum wage to owning multiple properties, he then understood that he needed to earn passively. In college after his parents sold their hotel, they helped him buy his first rental property by UNCC to rent out to college students. Learning from, and helping his parents, to getting his first rental property Mudit will take QC Capital and its Investors to the top."
