Grant is an entrepreneur at heart. He started his first business at 13 knocking on neighbors' doors and pitching his business of selling their unwanted items on eBay. After moving to North Carolina during his freshman year of high school he decided it would be a good idea to deploy his capital into single-family and commercial properties via trustee sales at the courthouse. With success and failures along the way he renovated and sold 4 properties.
Today, Grant is a rising senior who founded the UNCC Real Estate Club and is working for a small retail brokerage firm in Charlotte.
